2. Purpose

These Terms apply to purchases made through Playmarket’s website, owned by PLAY S.A. By placing an order, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms of Use.

3. Purchase Process

1. Browse the catalog and choose your products.

2. Add them to your shopping cart.

3. Enter accurate delivery and billing details.

4. Review and confirm your order.

5. Make your payment securely.

6. Receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. PLAY S.A. reserves the right to change prices, excluding confirmed orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to European Union countries. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

• In mainland Spain, shipping is free for orders over €60.

• For all other destinations, shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination. Any delays or delivery issues will be communicated promptly.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• You have 15 working days to withdraw from your purchase.

• Products must be returned unused, in original packaging.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• Refunds will be issued after inspection of returned items.

7. Warranty and Complaints

PLAY S.A. provides a 3-year legal warranty under Spanish law. Defective products will be repaired or replaced.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
