Courier Services
At Playmarket, we work with GLS to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Delivery Address
Please make sure all delivery address details are completed accurately. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or addresses where the recipient cannot be identified.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at any time.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes 1 to 4 business days from payment confirmation. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
Delivery Issues
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
Receiving Your Order
Upon receiving your order, check that everything matches your request. If you notice any discrepancies or issues, contact us through the contact form with your personal details and order number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over €60 within mainland Spain.
For other destinations (Balearic Islands and EU countries), shipping costs will be calculated and added automatically at checkout before confirming the order.
Returns
Return Process
If you need to return a product, please contact us via the contact form to arrange home collection.
Playmarket products must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Return Conditions
If the return does not meet the specified terms, no refund will be issued and the products will be returned postage due.
Returns must be sent in a single shipment. We reserve the right to refuse returns from the same order sent at different times.

Return Deadline
You have 15 days from receipt of the product to make a return.
Return Cost
Home collection has a cost of €9. The customer is responsible for return costs, except for faulty or incorrect products.
We do not accept postage-due returns and do not refund original shipping costs.
Refund
We will process your refund as soon as possible using the same payment method.
If you notice an incorrect refund amount, contact us at informacion@play.es.
Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days via the contact form, indicating the issue and your personal details.
If the packaging is damaged, notify the courier upon delivery.
We will examine the product and inform you whether a return or replacement is appropriate. This will be done as soon as possible and within 30 days of notification.
Defective products will be fully refunded, including shipping and return costs.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
